i’m totally with you on people taking the initiative themselves. i has been taking me some time to adjust as i (and we as a society) have been conditioned into top-down models, but the results have been rewarding so far. we can make this movement into what we want it to be, and be empowered to take the first step!!
let’s keep it positive. and as i’ve been saying at meetings, begin to cultivate an action-based mindset, where we not only talk about ideas (both good and bad) but we directly link those ideas to action plans to effect change
