i’ve been doing a lot of studying about the movement… just finished reading the activist handbook and watching ”the century of the self” –a pretty brutal look at how freudian theory was used to manipulate entire nations through the invention of ”public relations”. thanks @admin for the tip.

anyways, i sometimes find myself feeling isolated/discouraged that more people in general don’t seem to be interested in the issues presented by tzm. partly to quell those negative feelings, and partly to gather together a community for more effective activism, i’m putting a call out to anyone in nyc who might be interested in connecting based on our shared commitment to the movement.
please let me know if you’d be interested in hanging out and supporting each other in our work. if there are enough responses, i hope to organize a social, perhaps at my house. let me know!!!!
