Wow ! what a perceptiveness !
I’m amazed by all the venus project and you investigation work, you don’t give your opinion, you just expose fact.
You should purpose this video for download and give subtitles with, I’m interested to translate it in french but I must confess that having english subtitles will help, I have a middle english level and I wouldn’t make mistakes.
I think it could be a great and very productive idea to purpose this on every video, download and subtitles, then if someone wants to translate the subs file in his language, it will be easier then to diffuse the message, then you could purpose the subtitles.
I’m french and A lot of people in france doesn’t speak any english, and it’s the almost the same in the all europe (except england and scandinavia).
So if you want to show your movie at the most possible people, just make it possible ! See that , I learn the lessons !
You could reach chinese, russian, european people, all the entire world, that’s why you really have to make it understandable by all, and you can’t reach that without subtitles at least.
If I could download the movie with sub, I’ll transfert it to an Usb key, will invit many friends, will find a videoprojector and will organise a projection in my house, to make them know, maybe they will do the same thing in their own circle, I will motivate them to do so.
You are supporting by a lot of people, You’ll be able to purpose every language faster that you think.
A better future start with subtitles
I’m totally in it.

There are people that work on doing this sort of projects. You might want to try http://dotsub.com/ and get people to help you translate it. Contact the French Chapter: http://www.mouvement-zeitgeist.fr/
