Details: As some of you might know, Jacque was on Larry King about four times, 30 years ago. King was very open back then and let Jacque speak his mind. We feel that if an email/phone/package campaign requesting Mr. Fresco’s
reappearance on the show was initiated, we might be able to get him back on. This is tough because there is no direct means to do this, so we must go through his website.

    Phone number
for Larry King Live is 1-800-676-2100 (not sure if still in use)

That’s a rockin’ great idea! I placed the following on the Contact link…

“Larry had Jacque Fresco on his show in the mid-70s. Jacque is now over 90 years old.
It would be great to have him on again to get his updated vision of creating a global vision
for humanity in these dire and perilous times.”

The phone number comes up busy (so, it may work, will try again later).

I personally don’t watch ANY news at ALL (well not main stream at least) but It is still the best means to make the general public aware of the movement.

    NEXT IS BILL MAHER!

  • Avatar Image Jesse said 11 months, 2 weeks ago:

i do have a question though. what are the news stations that we can watch?

  • Avatar Image Diego Rodrigues said 11 months, 2 weeks ago:

Honestly…As far as I know, none of them. If you do watch them keep an eye out for the usual propaganda. I watch Bill Maher because he is funny when it comes to politics, and we share a few beliefs in common. Every now and then he invites an informed guest on his show but lately its a being real disappointing to see the lack of informed guests on his show.

well cause it’s okay for us to watch independent news reports on the internet… so what would include, is there anyone who does know?

  • Avatar Image Diego Rodrigues said 11 months, 2 weeks ago:

    Infowars.com is pretty good.

The #1 problem I see with TV is not the propaganda (which exists on the internet too, just another medium), but rather that you are a passive receptacle for the propaganda == you can only change channels to another marginally different version of the same stuff. The internet provides the whole world’s perspective, and with google you can find it.

I recommend following the links from http://www.thevenusproject.com, http://www.thezeitgeistmovement.com — those two will take you many many days to completely run through !

And always keep your skeptic hat on, never take what you used to believe about anything as the final gospel. Jacque Fresco always emphasizes that TVP is not the last word, is not complete, is just the best that he can come up with from current understanding, and that he is probably wrong about some things and always looking to improve, grow, come up with something better, adapt. Curiosity and openness are key virtues!

    Amen!

ps: I’m not the religious type, I just find it funny to use “amen” it. :)

Other great sources of “News” are the Daily Show and The Colbert Report. Not so much Colbert-but the WAY they both make fun of the news and politics.
