I got some great news folks…our meeting with Jacque and Roxanne will be held at the University Settlement – 273 Bowery
New York, NY 10002. The number is 212-475-5008. Yes we have a location!

To reiterate, the meeting with be held form 2pm to 4pm Sunday the 16th right before the premier of Z3

We can have 40 people at the location, recoding of the session is allowed but, please keep the recordings inside room 201, which is the room that has been designated for our meeting. Once in the building you will have to go to the downstairs University Settlement reception desk for a visitors pass before entering the room.

Have any guest you may want to bring  join this chapter or whichever chapter is in their area and they should also review the infomration at this link.

Combining NY TZM URL Chalking event with a welcome new members meeting and Z3 poster posting promo. Two initial potlucks will be held at my place Friday evening December 17 at 7pm and one Saturday December 18 at 2pm.

Location is 350 West 43rd Street between 8th and 9th Avenue. Ask for Roberto Enamorado when you are downstairs.

We are looking for people to video, create materials and chalk sidewalks. You do not have to do all of them it all counts The goal is to have 25 people show up to each potluck. So see if you can each invite 10 people.

The topic will be, Energy – What powers machines and what powers you?

• Street Activism Talk 10pm

• Hit the streets 10:30pm

Small Group Meeting Room Online Request

Small meeting rooms are available at no cost for groups of 2-6 people working on a project together or meeting related to SIBL’s business or science resources. Time slots are for one hour or two hours.

To request to use a room, fill in all fields on this form and click to submit. Note: Requests sent online require at least one day advance notice for use of a room during the same week. Note: SIBL Group Meeting rooms may not be requested more than one week in advance.

Once you submit a request online, wait until the next day for a reply from our staff, who will reply in e-mail with a confirmation if a room is available. (Rooms are also available for same day sign up but for same day use you must come in to the library in person to sign up. You may also call to request a group meeting room : 212-592-7029.

11/29/10 Teamspeak Meeting Minutes

At the last meet up, we discussed compiling street interviews into a video that will be sort of a trailer for Z-day. I will mix the street interview with some footage from last year’s Z-day among other things. Nathan B, one of our member, has come up with a Rap that is related to the movement that might also play a part in the video.

Today’s meeting went really well. For those of you who could not attend, we will be posting updates regarding today’s meeting and any future meeting leading up to z-day and beyond.

• We introduced ourselves.
• We talked about z-day events.
• We decided on ZTGM.org as our gateway domain for future campaigns. The website is currently redirecting to the global page but in the near future we are gonna make a custom portal for everything Zeitgeist Movement.
• We decided that for our next meeting we will film street interviews for a Promotional Trailer for Z-day.
• We talked about the email campaign which is going to be facing some upgrades. I have setup a emailing system which I will describe in details soon, that will allow us to input contacts from various key contact sources in society and one click email the who list of emails instead of one by one.
