Z-Day 2012 l New York City

Z-Day is an annual event celebrating not only the ideas of The Zeitgeist Movement but also the creativity of the members and others in the community. This year’s line up of events includes talented musicians, performers and speakers. Please join us at Epifaneo Cafe at 56 Walker street in Manhattan on March 18th from 4-7pm. Epifaneo Cafe is a wonderful space that embraces progressive movements and offers a menu of affordable vegetarian treats. All are welcome!

Calling out for Z-Day Entertainers

Hello all,

The NYC Z-Day will be held on March 18th. More information coming soon.

Z-Day is traditionally supposed to be more of an information-based event but we feel that mixing it up with entertainment is always a plus. We are looking for about 6 entertainers which will have a maximum of 10 minutes to shine. This includes music performances, acting, stand-up comedy, a short film, anything fun that comes to mind. The rest of the event will be dedicated to lectures, conversations, and general information. For those who are interested please email Jose Garcia astr8tupdude@aol.com. You must send us a sample of your work as a link or audio file so that we can judge on our end. Your deadline to submit is on Friday March 2nd, by 5pm. Shortly after we will let you know if you have been accepted.

Zeitgeist Day l ZDAY 2011 l Bronx, NY – 3/20th

This is the 3rd ZDAY Event on a Global Scale and also the first ZDAY in the Bronx, NY.

On March 20th the event starts at 2:00PM till 5:00PM and the event will be jam packed with music performances, lectures, discussions, and Q&A panel at the end; designed to inform, educate, entertain and interact with audience.

I would like to thank all of those who were able to contribute money that went into obtaining the space. However, the total to rent the space was $450 and we have gathered around $280. A NYC member put up the rest of the total.

This venue holds only 150 people, so it’s first come first serve and the admission fee is free.
