While I was thinking about Diego's discussion and reading all these inputs something occurred to me that is more centered on the issue(s) it seems we have and will have in the future. CONTROL. People believe they have control over things they do not. Therefore there can be a collapse in their belief structure when they are proved wrong resulting in that embarrassed red-faced anger that happens when they think you are trying to prove you are "better" or "smarter" than they are when it's just a matter of the latest available information. Our egos, coupled with a kind of self defense mechanism have created the foundation for an imaginary world of control based on each individuals(which is more of a collective established)perception of reality. Unfortunately I'm starting to believe more and more from the data produced from all our investigating and interviewing that like myself-many of you most likely have the spark of creativity and invention which is more liable to start the fires that will burn down the old traditions and ideals that are ever rarely questioned and lay foundation for a new way of thinking and the new world that we wish to build in it's place.

This truly is a battle of comfort & convenience because most people(me included)don't seek alternative info unless they are pushed by discomfort due to low or no income. Although I've always been naturally curious and didn't often agree with mainstream thinking, I was never really led to truth before life REALLY started getting difficult. Of course a large part of the 'awakening' process was due to my first viewing of Zeitgeist and finally understanding why, throughout most of my life, the whole "Christ" belief really didn't seem like reality to me, having grown up in a Christian family.

LOL! I had a similar conversation with my cousins wife. She claims that gay people choose to be gay and its wrong. Well I don't know about you but I wouldn't choose to be killed! for centuries gay people have been killed, just look at the old testament, so WHO would choose to be gay if it meant prosecution and death.

Niiice work...all of you. I gotta say this is pretty fun to read. An automated car...doesn't get more demeaning than that. lmao.

This reminds me of a convo I had a few months ago (not relating to technology) I had with a religious friend of mine who believes that gay people are possessed. So I asked asked, what about animals such as dogs, are they possessed when they seek the same sex? The response was yes. So months went by before we hung out again and we were having another convo on sexuality so I asked, what about when you did some things here and there with other women, does that mean that you were kinda possessed? After a long 5 seconds of silent eye contact, she continued to be silent. ahahaha

Yeah, we sure do have a long way to go but, the lack or response may be indicative of something heading in the right direction.

Excellent response. Sadly it's not the logical argument that's the problem, it's the emotional attachment. I agree with cutting. This will take years.

One personal example of my own. I was talking to a co-worker about the flaws in the system. Being a patriot he was having a noticeable hard time with the information. I was giving him examples and asking him does it makes any sense. Another co-worker came by and asked why and I telling him about the flaws. I replied I refuse to believe people will want to remain willfully ignorant when there is a way to get facts. (I know that's not true, people love to remain willfully ignorant but back to the story lol) Then she said what if he doesn't want the information. I replied, if you were about to get on an elevator that I knew didn't work, would you want me to share the information? After she stumble over her words for a few moments her reply was this "What if I wanted to take the stairs? How did you know I was going to take the elevator? lolol I then hit her with what if somebody touched your food or picked it up from the floor or spit in a cup you were about to drink from? She didn't say anything.

We have a LONG way to go lol

Good work Diego-i don't think there could be much of a response from this one besides-"uuuuuh..."

Unfortunately people get offended when you know more than them. This is just another example of how little most people both know about science or how things REALLY work around them. Too much have we been indoctrinated and brainwashed into an "establishment robot". Which accepts only the most readily available info as gospel. We have many YEARS I'm afraid before a public that is used to following directions can understand how their limited only by the barriers they have built for themselves.
